When will my items ship? Within 3-5 business days. Once you receive shipping notification, please allow up to 48 hours for your packages to start moving. Our carrier picks up the day after all orders have been fulfilled. On some occasions, packages are picked up two days later due to postal delays.
What if my package is lost in transit? If your package gets lost in transit, unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to retrieve it. We know as much as your tracking number is giving you. The postal services have insisted that our customer's wait 10 business days before considering their package lost. Some packages simply aren't being scanned by carriers but eventually shows up at our customer's doorstep within the 10-day period. If you think your package is lost, please allow up to 10 business days to contact us.
In the event that this happens (which we pray doesn't happen to you because we want you to get your goodies as bad as you want them), we are able to give store credit for the items lost IF we do not have them in stock. If they are in stock, the only solution is sending them, again. If not, we will issue you a store credit that you can use in the future. We do not issue refunds for lost or stolen packages.

My tracking is saying my package was never scanned in. What's the issue? This happens often. Within 48 hours of sending tracking information, we ship all orders. If your order is saying it hasn't been scanned in, it is an error on the postal office's behalf. If it's still saying the same after 10 business days, then it's more than likely your package has been lost in transit. It's unfortunate and we hate that it's happened to you. Is there another way to contact customer service? Yes. If you have a Twitter account, feel free to tag us (@okhoneyofficial) and we will respond to you as soon as we can - usually within a few hours. Please refrain from sending us Direct Messages or leaving customer service comments on Instagram. They tend to get lost in the rush and often overlooked or missed altogether due to the algorithm and constant flow of likes, comments, followers, message requests, etc.
